Our History
In May of 1979, Stanley J. Schuring and Jerry L. Uitermarkt founded this firm in Pella, Iowa, with the same values of professionalism and commitment to our clients that remain integral to our business.
Ten years later, Wendy Sims became a partner and that same year, we opened our second office in Urbandale, Iowa, to better serve our clients in the Des Moines area. Since then we have continued to steadily expand our services and our staff. Dale McCleish became a partner in 1992, and in 2002, we opened the Stanberry, Missouri, office. In 2007, Michael Ver Meer also became a partner and that year we opened our fourth office in Bethany, Missouri.
