Jerry L. Uitermarkt, CPA

Jerry L. Uitermarkt, CPA is co-founder of S & U. Jerry is active in the firm’s financial and tax services and estate planning. In addition, he provides management consulting services and coordinates the firm’s peer review.

He is a graduate of Mankato State College in Minnesota with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Jerry is a licensed CPA in Iowa and Missouri and holds the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ CEA designation for tax planning for closely held businesses.

He is an active board member of Trinity Christian College, located in Palos Heights, Illinois. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and woodworking.

Bobbi Gladstone

Bobbi Gladstone joined the firm’s professional staff in 2006. She is involved with corporate, partnership, and individual income tax and financial statement preparation.

Bobbi graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, with an accounting degree.

She attends Relay for Life events in her community, gives blood and donates to Locks of Love when she can. She also is an active church member. Bobbi enjoys reading, playing with her children, playing volleyball with friends, helping her husband on the farm, cooking for friends, and spending time with her family especially her sisters, nieces, and nephews.

Tom Sullivan, CPA*

Tom Sullivan, CPA, joined the firm in 2005. He is involved with corporate, individual, and partnership income tax.

Tom is also an Investment Advisor Representative, a Registered Representative with a Series 6 and 63, and holds a life, health and accident insurance license. Tom also holds the credentials to sell identity theft and prepaid legal insurance.

He graduated from Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and went on to get his MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Tom is active in Rotary, the Albany Booster Club, and his local church. He enjoys family outings and local school sports and activities, as well as social and philanthropic activities in his community.
